Prepare additional ingredients: half a chicken, a little ginger, some salt, and water.
1. Clean the five-finger fig root; wash and soak the gorgon seeds and barley for later use; rinse the red dates, candied dates, tangerine peel, and wolfberry for later use; cut the chicken into pieces for later use.
2. Take a soup pot, pour water into it and bring to a boil, add chicken and sliced ginger and blanch for later use.
3. Take a stew pot, add the blanched chicken and all other ingredients (except goji berries), add water, turn to high heat and boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
4. Add wolfberries and salt, continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Strengthen the spleen and stomach, dispel dampness and sleepiness, relax muscles and tendons.
