After purchasing the 'Ginseng Autumn Day Tour' tickets on the Great Mountain Ginseng website, no physical tickets will be mailed. Great Mountain Ginseng will send the ticket as an electronic image to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please be sure to provide a valid telephone number when ordering. The tour guide will contact you before departure to confirm the exact meeting and boarding time. Physical tickets will be distributed on the day of the tour for the prize draw.
