Canadian Ginseng－Chunky is the part of the Canadian Ginseng root closest to the ginseng head, retaining the complete ginseng head and claws. Its shape resembles a human body with a torso and limbs; in contrast, the typical long-branch Canadian Ginseng mainly consists of the main root and usually lacks claws.

Since Canadian Ginseng is a root-based plant, the ginseng head area is closest to the ground during growth, absorbing ample sunlight, rainwater, and soil nutrients. As a result, its saponin content is usually higher, the ginseng flavor is sweeter, the texture is more delicate, and its nature is milder. Therefore, it has always been regarded as the premium quality among Canadian Ginseng and is especially favored by the elderly and families with children.
