Return and exchange standards Since most of the products sold by Dashanxing are food, in order to maintain food hygiene and safety, returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the product itself is defective, the item is wrong, or the packaging or food is damaged during transportation.
Time limit for returns and exchanges In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, please open the package immediately after receiving it to check whether the items are correct and complete. If you have any questions, please contact customer service staff immediately. The time limit for return or exchange application is based on the date the logistics company indicates that the package has been delivered, and is extrapolated 48 hours later.

Please take photos of damaged, defective or incorrect items and send them together with the invoice in the box to the following customer service email or WeChat account.

After the customer service determines that the return and exchange standards are met, a return label will be provided to the consumer. If the return package fails to be delivered to Canada Post within 7 working days after Dashanxing provides a return label , return and exchange services cannot be provided.

Refund method If the product meets the return criteria, customer service will arrange a refund, and the refund method for the amount will be based on the consumer's original payment method. The refund operation takes about 2 working days. The actual arrival time after the refund depends on the processing days of each bank and credit card, usually about 7 to 10 working days.
