Additional ingredients: lean pork or pork chops, pork belly or small intestines, rice wine, water, salt.
1. Rinse the medicinal materials slightly and drain the water for later use.
2. Wash the pork belly or small intestine, remove excess fat, and cut into sections for later use.
3. Take a soup pot, fill it with water and bring to a boil, put in lean pork/pork ribs and pork belly/pig small intestine and blanch for later use.
4. Take a stew pot, add the blanched ingredients and rinsed herbs, and pour in water until all the ingredients are covered.
5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 90 minutes.
6. Add a little rice wine and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. You can add an appropriate amount of salt for seasoning according to your preference before cooking.
