Prepare additional ingredients: pork or chicken, ginger, water
1. Rinse the medicinal materials slightly, drain and set aside. Slice the ginger and set aside.
2. Take a soup pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add meat and blanch until ready.
3. Take a saucepan, add 2 slices of ginger and blanched meat, and add water.
4. Turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then simmer over medium to low heat for 90 to 120 minutes.
5. Before serving, you can add an appropriate amount of salt to season according to your personal preference.
