1. Rinse the ingredients in the soup bag with water and set aside.
2. Take a soup pot, put the washed ingredients into the pot, and pour 1500~2000cc of water.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 60 to 90 minutes.
4. Remove the ingredients and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar according to personal preference. Cook until the rock sugar is completely dissolved and then turn off the heat.
5. Let it cool before bottling it, then put it in the refrigerator and drink it chilled for a better flavor.
Note: The amount of clean water can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
