【Instructions】
Prepare additional ingredients: mutton cubes with skin, cabbage, green onions, ginger, sesame oil, rice wine, water, and salt.
1. Put the medicinal materials in the soup into a clean bowl, add rice wine to cover the medicinal materials, soak for about 20 minutes, then drain the rice wine and set aside.
2. Cut the cabbage into cubes, slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, and cut the mutton into cubes and set aside.
3. Soak the mutton in clean water to wash away excess fat and blood.
4. Blanch the mutton and set aside.
5. Take a stew pot, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, green onion and ginger, stir-fry until the aroma is released, then add the blanched mutton and stir-fry until the surface is slightly golden.
6. Add water to cover the ingredients, and then add the medicinal materials (the medicinal materials can be put into commercially available medicinal cotton bags to make the stewed soup clearer).
7. After boiling, remove the scum, turn to low heat and simmer for about 60 to 90 minutes, then add the cabbage until the cabbage softens.
8. You can add an appropriate amount of salt for seasoning according to your personal preference.
