After purchasing a ticket for the Ginseng Autumn Day Tour on the Great Mountain Ginseng website, you will not receive a physical ticket. Great Mountain Ginseng will send the ticket as an electronic image to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number when ordering. The tour guide will contact you before departure to confirm the exact meeting and boarding time.

  1. The tour fee does not include 13% HST or gratuities for the tour guide and driver throughout the trip. Gratuity: CAD$15 per person.
  2. The bus is expected to depart from the first pickup location at 8:00 a.m. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
  3. A representative will call 2–3 days before departure to confirm the departure time and location.

  4. Once the tour ticket has been confirmed, refunds, changes, or cancellations are not accepted. This tour ticket cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.

  5. The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes to the itinerary, the organizer reserves the final decision-making authority regarding the event.
