🎟️ Ticket and Registration Information
After purchasing a "Ginseng Autumn Day Trip" ticket on the Great Mountain Ginseng website, no physical ticket will be mailed. Great Mountain Ginseng will send the details by email to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number when placing your order. The tour guide will contact you before departure to confirm the exact meeting and boarding time. Physical tickets will be distributed on the day of the trip for the prize draw.

  1. The tour fee does not include 13% HST or gratuities for the tour guide and driver throughout the trip. Gratuity: CAD$15 per person.
  2. The bus is scheduled to depart at 8:00 a.m. No late departures will be accommodated.
  3. A representative will call 2-3 days before departure to confirm the departure time and location.

  4. Refunds, changes, or cancellations are not accepted after the travel voucher has been confirmed. This travel voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged travel vouchers cannot be replaced.

  5. The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes to the itinerary, the organizer reserves the final decision-making authority regarding the event.

    The itinerary is jam packed. I like the visit to the Apple Orchard, ginseng farm and your ginseng warehouse. The visit to Paris is also good but the time allocated to the outlet is very rush. There is only enough time for lunch and not even window shopping. For future trip, if you can somehow skip Paris and allocate more time to outlet, it can be better.
    I also want to make a comment about 2 things:
    1) the bus. The mic system on the bus was broken, so the folks sitting near the back of the bus cannot hear the guide's instruction at all. The guide
    2) Info from the guide. I have to drive my car to Mississauga Chinese Centre to board the bus. When I asked the guide if I can park there for the day, he said yes. So I parked there before boarding the bus. When I returned in the evening, I got a parking ticket from the City of Mississauga for unauthorized parking. If we cannot park there, please don't lie to the customer! He and TripOppo had lost their integrity. I doubt I will shop at TropOppo in the future.
