After ordering tickets for the "Ginseng Golden Autumn One-Day Tour" on the Great Mountain Ginseng website, no physical tickets will be mailed. Great Mountain Ginseng will send the information by email to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please be sure to provide a valid telephone number when ordering. The tour guide will contact you before departure to confirm the meeting and boarding time. Physical tickets will be distributed on the day of the tour for the prize draw.

  4. Once the travel voucher is confirmed, refunds, changes, or cancellations are not accepted. This travel voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged travel vouchers cannot be replaced.
