After purchasing “Ginseng Golden Autumn One-Day Tour” tickets on the Great Mountain Ginseng website, no physical tickets will be mailed. Great Mountain Ginseng will send the details by email to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number when ordering. The tour guide will contact you before departure to confirm the exact meeting and boarding time. Physical tickets will be distributed on the day of the tour for the prize draw.

  2. The bus is scheduled to depart at 8:00 a.m. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
  3. A representative will call 2–3 days before departure to confirm the departure time and location.

  4. Once the travel voucher has been confirmed, refunds, changes, or cancellations will not be accepted. This travel voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged travel vouchers cannot be replaced.
