After purchasing tickets for the “Ginseng Adventure: Golden Autumn One-Day Tour” on the Great Mountain Ginseng website, no physical ticket will be mailed. Great Mountain Ginseng will send the details by email to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please provide a valid phone number when placing your order. The tour guide will contact you before departure to confirm the meeting and boarding times. Physical tickets will be distributed on the day of the tour for the prize draw.

  2. The bus is scheduled to depart at 8:00 a.m. No late arrivals will be accommodated.
  3. A representative will call 2–3 days before departure to confirm the departure time and location.

  4. Once the tour voucher has been confirmed, refunds, changes, or cancellations are not accepted. This tour voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged tour vouchers cannot be replaced.
