Instructions:
1. Soak your feet or clean your skin before going to bed.
2. Tear open the plastic bag and take out the foot patch powder pack. The powder pack has two sides, please place it with the smooth printed side facing out (please refer to the attached picture) .
3. Aim the foot patch powder pack at the Yongquan point on the sole of the foot and apply it steadily.
4. Leave it on for at least 6-8 hours and peel it off slowly after getting up.
