【Instructions】
Prepare additional ingredients: 350g lean pork, appropriate amount of salt, and water.
1. Take a soup pot, put the pork in it, add water and bring to a boil, take out the pork and wash it and set aside.
2. Soak the morels in clean water for 10 minutes, rinse and set aside.
3. Rinse the remaining soup dumpling ingredients and set aside.
4. Take a saucepan, add all the ingredients, add water, turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 120 minutes.
5. Add salt to taste before serving.
