【Instructions】
Prepare additional ingredients: lean pork or pork chops, pork belly or small intestines, rice wine, water, and salt.
1. Rinse the medicinal materials briefly and drain them. Set aside.
2. Wash the pork belly or pig intestines, remove excess fat, and cut into sections for later use.
3. Take a soup pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add lean pork/pork chops and pork belly/pork small intestines and blanch until ready.
4. Take a saucepan, add the blanched ingredients and rinsed herbs, and pour water until all the ingredients are covered.
5. Turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 90 minutes.
6. Add a little rice wine and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. You can add an appropriate amount of salt to season according to your personal preference before serving.
