【Instructions】
Prepare additional ingredients: lean pork, pork bones, ginger, water, salt, appropriate amount of vegetables (such as carrots, corn, etc.)
1. Rinse the herbs briefly, drain and set aside. Slice the ginger and set aside. Wash the vegetables and cut them into appropriate sizes. Set aside.
2. Take a soup pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add meat and blanch until ready.
3. Take a saucepan, add 2 slices of ginger and blanched meat, and add water.
4. Turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Add vegetables and continue to simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. Before serving, you can add an appropriate amount of salt to season according to your personal preference.
