【Instructions】
Prepare additional ingredients: 500g winter melon, appropriate amount of salt, and water.
1. Wash the winter melon and cut into pieces and set aside; cut the lotus leaves and soak them until soft; wash the beans and soak them in water for half an hour and set aside.
2. Take a saucepan, add all the ingredients, add water, turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
3. Add salt to taste before serving.
