- Put the dried abalone in a clean crisper, pour in purified water, close the lid, and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours. (The water needs to be changed once during the period).
- Take out the dried abalone, put it into a thermos cup, pour hot water, fasten the lid, and soak for 12 hours.
- Pour out the water in which the abalone was soaked, add new hot water, fasten the lid, and soak for 12 hours.
- At this point, the abalone has basically been soaked, and it can be cooked after a little cleaning.
