4 sea cucumbers (soaked), 1 fish maw (soaked), 3 Canadian ginseng, 2 scallops, 250g pork ribs, a little ginger, a little wolfberry (optional)
1.) Slice the ginger, cut the fish maw into strips, and cut the pork ribs into sections for later use.
2.) Take a soup pot, add water and ribs, remove the ribs after the water boils, clean and set aside.
3.) Take a stew pot, put Canadian ginseng, ginger slices, scallops, pork ribs, pour water, and stew for 1.5 hours.
4.) Add the sea cucumber and goji berries, and continue to simmer for 20 minutes. (Add salt according to personal preference)
