【Ingredients】
150g~180g fresh Canadian ginseng, 2~3 tablespoons of Great Mountain Ginseng ice honey, 30ml water, about 1000ml water (for blanching).
【How to do】
- Wash and slice fresh Canadian ginseng (about 2 cm thick)
- Take a small pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
- Pour the ginseng slices into the pot and boil in boiling water for about 1 minute.
- Pick up the Canadian ginseng slices and set aside.
- Take a small pot, add about 30ml of water, then add 2-3 tablespoons of Great Mountain Ginseng iced honey, turn to medium-low heat, and continue stirring until the iced honey is completely melted. Continue to fry the sugar over medium heat until it thickens.
- Turn down the heat to low heat, add Canadian ginseng slices and stir-fry until it dries up, then turn off the heat.
- Lay out the ginseng slices on parchment paper, bake at 280˚F/140C˚C for 15-20 minutes.
- Take out and let cool before serving.
