Canadian Ginseng with Honey

150g~180g fresh Canadian ginseng, 2~3 tablespoons of Great Mountain Ginseng ice honey, 30ml water, about 1000ml water (for blanching).

【How to do】

  1. Wash and slice fresh Canadian ginseng (about 2 cm thick)
  2. Take a small pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour the ginseng slices into the pot and boil in boiling water for about 1 minute.
  4. Pick up the Canadian ginseng slices and set aside.
  5. Take a small pot, add about 30ml of water, then add 2-3 tablespoons of Great Mountain Ginseng iced honey, turn to medium-low heat, and continue stirring until the iced honey is completely melted. Continue to fry the sugar over medium heat until it thickens.
  6. Turn down the heat to low heat, add Canadian ginseng slices and stir-fry until it dries up, then turn off the heat.
  7. Lay out the ginseng slices on parchment paper, bake at 280˚F/140C˚C for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Take out and let cool before serving.
