【Ingredients】
175g tofu, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 256g of all-purpose flour, 2g of Canadian ginseng powder, a little bibimbap (optional).
【Steps】
- Add all ingredients to the pot.
- Crush the tofu into pieces.
- Knead all ingredients until they don't stick to your hands. (The process takes about 5 minutes)
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, shape each dough into a round shape.
- Coat the dough evenly with the bibimbap. (This step can be skipped)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the dough on the parchment paper and bake at 175°C for 25-30 minutes.
