Canadian Ginseng Tofu Bread



175g tofu, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 256g of all-purpose flour, 2g of Canadian ginseng powder, a little bibimbap (optional).


  1. Add all ingredients to the pot.
  2. Crush the tofu into pieces.
  3. Knead all ingredients until they don't stick to your hands. (The process takes about 5 minutes)
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, shape each dough into a round shape.
  5. Coat the dough evenly with the bibimbap. (This step can be skipped)
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Place the dough on the parchment paper and bake at 175°C for 25-30 minutes.
